Eaoy Fashion was established in 2016. The factory covers an area of more than 9,000 square metres, operates more than 60 machines and delivers a daily output of 5,000 pieces. Through a dedication to craftsmanship and an appetite for innovation, the company has become a recognised name in computer embroidery and imitation crochet.
We focus on the research, development and application of these techniques. Flat embroidery, chain embroidery, dribbling embroidery and rope embroidery are all produced on site. Traditional sewing methods inform the design language; modern computerisation makes it repeatable.
In production we run internationally advanced computerised embroidery equipment, characterised by high precision and high efficiency, capable of rendering complex patterns accurately at volume. A group of experienced technical workers control every detail against the same quality standard.

Four ways to build a surface.
Each technique has a different hand-feel, weight and cost. We advise on the right one for the silhouette, then engineer the programme for it.
Flat embroidery
Even, dense coverage. The workhorse stitch for logos, borders, all-over repeats and clean geometric motifs.
Chain embroidery
Interlocking loops that follow a line like hand-stitching. Excellent on open, light grounds where flat satin would sink.
Dribbling embroidery
A cord fed under the stitch to raise it off the surface. Used for dimensional lettering, outlines and contrast piping.
Rope embroidery
Thick cord constructions for sculptural trims, ties, drawcords and statement hems with genuine relief.
