Bring a direction. Or bring nothing but an idea.
Our development team works either way — engineering your finished design, or creating the styles and licensing them to you.
OEM, ODM or private label.
The three routes carry different minimums, different timelines and different levels of design ownership. Here is the honest comparison.
| OEM | ODM | Private label | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who owns the design | You | Eaoy, licensed to you | Eaoy |
| Development work | We engineer your spec | We create the styles | No development needed |
| Typical minimum | 500 pcs / style / colour | 500 pcs / style / colour | 300 pcs / style / colour |

How a new style comes to life.
Brief intake
You share a sketch, reference garment, mood board or link. We ask the questions that decide cost: yarn, gauge, lining, trims, target price.
Feasibility & costing
Our technical team assesses whether the design will hold up in volume, then prices it honestly — including what we would change.
Programme engineering
The embroidery or crochet programme is digitised and tested. Yarn is sourced and lab dips prepared for your approval.
Sample build
A pre-production sample is made to the agreed spec. You receive photographs, measurements and the physical sample for sign-off.
Scale-up
Once approved, the pattern and QC checklist are frozen and bulk production is scheduled against your delivery date.
Our development capability.
We keep the whole chain in one building, which is why a development programme does not stall the way it does when pattern, embroidery and finishing sit with three different suppliers.
- In-house pattern making and size grading in women’s, men’s and children’s blocks
- Embroidery digitising for flat, chain, dribbling and rope construction
- Yarn sourcing and lab-dip management against Pantone references
- Trim development: woven labels, hangtags, buttons, cords, drawstrings
- Retail-ready packaging design and carton marking
- Confidential handling of unreleased designs under NDA
Send the idea. We will tell you if it is buildable.
Not every sketch survives contact with yarn. We would rather tell you that on day one than in week six.
