Sourcing programmes built around your business model.
A live-stream seller and a national retailer need different minimums, different lead times and different paperwork. We structure the order to the buyer.
Four buyer profiles, four playbooks.
Brands & retailers
Full development, size grading and multi-store rollouts. Woven labels, hangtags and carton marking to your specification.
E-commerce & live sellers
Tight repeat cycles, fast colour rotations and small-batch restocks so you can chase a trend without over-buying.
Designer studios
Low minimums on sampling, honest advice on what will not hold up in production, and full confidentiality on unreleased work.
Wholesalers & distributors
Volume pricing, consolidated shipments and stable repeat programmes you can quote from all season.
Five steps from enquiry to container.
Every programme follows the same route. You always know which step you are on and what is owed from each side.
Brief & quotation
Send a sketch, tech pack or reference sample. Within 24 hours on business days you receive pricing, lead time and the sampling plan.
Development & sampling
We engineer the embroidery programme, source yarn and build a pre-production sample. Lab dips confirm colour before anything is cut.
Approval
You sign off the sample against a written spec sheet. Size grading and the QC checklist are locked at this point, not later.
Bulk production
Production runs under in-line inspection at three checkpoints: after stitching, after finishing and before packing.
Inspection & shipping
Final AQL inspection, measurement report, metal detection, export packing and shipping documents issued as one set.
Choose how much of it you want us to own.
OEM
You bring the finished design and tech pack. We manufacture to it, exactly, with your labels and your packaging.
ODM
You bring a direction. We develop the styles, own the pattern and sample work, and licence the result to you.
Private label
Take a proven Eaoy style, apply your brand identity, trims and packaging. The fastest route to a first order.
Full package
Development through to export documents, including third-party inspection coordination and freight booking.

One building, so nothing waits in a queue between suppliers.
Pattern, embroidery digitising, stitching, finishing, inspection and export packing all happen on the same site. When a sample needs a change, the person who makes the change is a corridor away from the person who approved it.
Tell us which model fits and we will price it.
Send the brief in whatever form you have it — a PDF, a photograph, a link or three sentences. That is enough to start.
