For a proven Eaoy style, 300 pieces per style and colour. For a new development, 500 pieces per style and colour. Sampling starts from a single piece, so you can validate the design before committing to bulk.
Bulk production runs 25–35 days after sample approval for proven styles, and 35–45 days for new developments. Sampling itself takes 7–10 working days, or 12–18 with new yarn development.
Yes, and we recommend it. A pre-production sample is charged at sample price and the cost is credited against your bulk order once it is placed.
Yes. Our in-house team produces patterns, size grading and embroidery digitising. Under ODM we develop the styles ourselves and licence them to you.
100% cotton and organic cotton, cotton and acrylic blends, viscose, recycled polyester and wool blends. We match Pantone references on yarn and trims, with lab dips in 5–7 working days.
BSCI certification renewed for 2025–2026, completed Wal-Mart factory audit records, an ISO 9001 quality system and OEKO-TEX standard 100 on applicable materials. Current copies are available on request.
Yes. Woven labels, printed neck labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags and carton marking are all produced to your artwork, and we will flag anything that will not survive a retail environment.
Inspection happens at three in-line checkpoints, so most defects are caught before packing. If a final AQL inspection fails, we re-inspect 100% or re-produce the order at our own cost.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek and buyer-nominated inspectors are coordinated by our QC team, including video walkthroughs if travel is not practical.
FOB Qingdao and Yantai as standard, with CIF and DDP available. Payment terms are set out with each quotation, typically a deposit against order with the balance against shipping documents.
Yes. Send us yours or ask for ours. Unreleased designs are never shown to other customers, and design files are held under access control.
