Specification control
Every order is governed by a signed spec sheet: yarn, gauge, measurements, colour references and tolerances. Nothing is left to memory.
Three in-line checks
Inspection at three points — after stitching, after finishing, before packing — so a defect is caught while it can still be corrected cheaply.
Material testing
Fibre composition verification, colourfastness, shrinkage and pilling tests. Reports are issued with the order and retained for repeat programmes.
Audit documentation
BSCI 2025–2026, Wal-Mart factory audit records, ISO 9001 quality system and business licence — kept shareable for your vendor file.

Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek and others) is welcomed and coordinated by our QC team.
Measurements are taken, not estimated.
Every piece of a bulk order is measured against the approved spec sheet, and a measurement report travels with the shipment. If a dimension drifts outside tolerance, you find out from our QC team rather than from your customer.
