Fewer, better programmes. Less waste in the process.
We are a manufacturing business, and we are honest about what that means. Here is what we actually do, and what we are still working on.
Fibres and dyestuffs.
Organic & natural fibres
Organic cotton on request with transaction certificates, alongside conventional cotton, viscose and wool blends sourced from audited suppliers.
Recycled content
Recycled polyester and recycled cotton options for buyers with a stated recycled-content target, with composition verification testing available.
Restricted substances
REACH-compliant dyestuffs as standard, with OEKO-TEX standard 100 on applicable materials. Certificates are issued with the order.
Where waste is actually reduced.
Sustainability in garment manufacturing is mostly a story about not making things twice. Every check that catches a defect early, every colour approved before bulk, every programme tested before cutting — that is where the environmental saving actually sits.
- Embroidery digitising tested on the machine before cutting, to avoid yarn waste on trial runs
- Offcuts collected by fibre type and sold back into the recycling stream, not to landfill
- Colour approval by lab dip before bulk, so incorrect yarn is not produced at scale
- Packaging reduced to what the destination market and your retail partner actually require
- Production planning that batches similar yarns, cutting changeover waste and cleaning cycles
- Machine maintenance that keeps thread tension correct, which is also what keeps rejection rates low
Social compliance.
Our workforce is audited, not asserted. Records are maintained continuously rather than assembled before an inspection.
We employ 269 people across the factory and take the same view of them as we do of our customers: the relationship only works if it lasts. Compliance documentation is available to buyers and their nominated auditors on request.
